1. Site operator and contact

VeckyGames is operated by Yuri Taskaev, an individual based in Russia. The site does not currently provide a contact form. Questions about these Terms can be sent to omgnoob193@gmail.com.

2. What the site provides

VeckyGames is a browser game catalogue. It provides game listings, descriptions, recommendations, and embedded games. Some games are hosted by third parties and open inside a frame on this site.

The site currently does not provide visitor accounts, paid subscriptions, purchases, a payment service, or a web contact form. The site has not set its own minimum age. Individual games may have age ratings or restrictions set by their providers; review those before playing.

3. Third-party games and services

Games and other materials supplied by third parties remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. When you open an embedded game, the game provider may process information from your browser and device under its own terms and privacy notice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site only as permitted by applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting systems; introduce malicious code; interfere with other visitors; or use automated means to copy or misuse site content.

Do not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices. Do not use VeckyGames branding or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The VeckyGames name, site design, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Game titles, artwork, trademarks, and game content belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the site for ordinary, non-commercial browsing and play.

6. Local preferences and votes

The site may save your language preference, recently played games, and one like or dislike choice per game in your browser’s local storage. These values remain on that browser and are not a verified, shared community vote. Displayed starting vote counts and ratings are illustrative site values and may not represent actual audience activity.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove site features or game listings. Games may be unavailable or behave differently because of maintenance, your device or network, or a third-party provider. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every game will work on every device.
